GoldenMassages.com is dedicated to offering the best massage chair customer service available. Our objective is to make your buying experience as simple as possible while still ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. At all times, we will do our utmost to meet your expectations.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All items that are on sale are non-refundable. This includes items with free shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHICH CIRCUMSTANCES WE OFFER RETURND & REFUND:
If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org With photos of the wrong product, we will be providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement product immediately.
CHANGE OF MIND:
Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

- Within 30 days after the delivery date, you must tell us by email of your intention to return the item. You can reach out to us by email at email@example.com.
- We'll consider your return request once you've emailed it to us and react with the next steps.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as when the purchase was made.
- Refunds will be initiated within 30 days after receiving and inspecting of the returned goods.
- If your item has not been physically sent, you can cancel it free of charge up to 48 hours after it was ordered.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow typical return procedures.
- Only the original credit card that you used to place your order will be refunded.

The majority of our items come with a manufacturer's warranty of at least one year. On each product page, the warranty information may be found below the description. Please notify us if you find any manufacturer's flaws, and we will assist you in obtaining replacement components or replacing the device at no cost to you.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
It is the customer's obligation to return the product in new condition and in its original packing to the correct warehouse. As a result, we strongly advise you to obtain a tracking number and purchase shipment insurance for the returned item(s).
We retain the right to refuse your return if the goods are received in a state that we deem undesirable. Upon receiving the item, we will either deny it or send you an email to inform you that it was damaged or used.
You may file a claim with your shipping provider if we got the item damaged.
If the item was received and used, you have the option of having it disposed of or having it returned to you on your own.
Damaged or worn items will be held in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 days unless the buyer requests otherwise in writing before disposal. The item will be disposed of or donated after 30 business days.
Please allow 7-14 business days for our Customer Service Department to review the returned item and process your refund after it is delivered. If you return an item without a return authorization (including denying delivery), beyond 30 days, or in poor condition, the item will be refused or delivered back to you at your expense; if we choose to accept the return, there will be additional expenses.
