Please note - due to the size and weight of the product, and ordering it from the factory it can take a total of up to 45 days to receive the product at home. We will try our best to speed up the process but in case there are any delays, we will absolutely keep you informed. During certain holidays, this shipping date can be longer depending on the holiday. We will communicate to you via email if your shipment will be delayed by holiday closing.
We deliver the massage chairs to your doorstep through a local courier (DHL/FedEx, UPS or by Truck logistic company). You will need someone present to receive delivery. To avoid missed deliveries, you will be called ahead of time by local driver to get a heads up when chair is on the way. You can also track using tracking number.

We offer free shipping for all orders.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
Item not received:
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at email@example.com.
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping charges from our warehouses and delivering to your doorstep by a local carrier (like DHL/FedEx/Ups-Truck).
What should I do if the parcel is damaged?
If you find the package of our order in damaged condition, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. if the package was delivered without your presence, then we will arrange to return this package to our store, you will not have to pay any cost for this.
