Yes, all of our chairs are brand new from the manufacturer, and we are an Authorized Dealer for all of the brands we sell.
What should I do if my item breaks down?

They will be able to walk you through any issues or troubleshooting and, if necessary and if under warranty, will be able to book a technician to come to your home for a repair or parts replacement.

What is Zero Gravity?

It's smaller than you think, but it's lighter, so it's good to massage the areas you need. Shipping is quick. The packaging is slightly weaker. It's a shame that there is no massage in the middle of charging. Cover can be washed.
